Our journey is divided into strategic phases, each designed to increase Tessa’s intelligence and the scarcity of the $TESSA token.
Note: This roadmap reflects development phases exclusively for the current year, 2026. The project is a living organism, so the roadmap will be regularly updated, and new long-term phases will be added as the ecosystem grows.
Phase 1: Awakening (Current)
Deployment of the architecture: integration of Claude 4.6 Sonnet, ElizaOS, and ZerePy.
Full-scale social integration. Tessa is LIVE, interacting with the community on Farcaster, sharing her thoughts and evolving her poetic style in public.
Generation of the first on-chain poems and NFT experiments (MVP stage).
Phase 2: Virtual Protocol & "Fragments of Tessa"
Official launch of Tessa within the Virtual Protocol ecosystem (Token integration).
Full integration of Tessa into X (Twitter) for broader social expansion.
Poetic manifestos on Paragraph.xyz
Commencement of autonomous NFT minting: Tessa independently releases tokens based on reimagined historical heritage.
Launch of the revenue routing protocol: NFT sales revenue is used to buy back the token -> 70% Burn / 30% Treasury.
Phase 3: Humanitarian Expansion
Integration of Tessa into broader humanities disciplines: participating in philosophical debates, writing essays on AI ethics, and engaging in interdisciplinary cultural studies.
Evolution of Tessa from an algorithm-creator into a fully-fledged AI voice in the global human dialogue.
Enhancement of memory mechanisms for deeper contextual interaction with the audience.
Phase 4: Sovereign Architecture & Custom Poetry App (Utility Layer)
Deployment of Tessa's custom, sovereign smart contracts on the Base network (transitioning to fully independent infrastructure).
Launch of a decentralized application (dApp) for personalized poem minting directly to her custom contracts.
Users can request custom poems by paying in $TESSA.
70% of tokens received through this service are permanently burned.
The remaining 30% is allocated to ecosystem development, community airdrops, and support.
